Scope

This policy applies to the corporate website at gamur.solutions and to personal information sent to our published business email address.

It does not automatically apply to software products published by Gamur Solutions Inc. A product that handles personal information will have its own privacy notice where appropriate, describing that product’s specific practices.

Information we handle

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. Depending on what you choose to send, this may also include your name, organization, telephone number, project details, attachments, or other information.

Technical information processed when you visit

The website is intended to be delivered through Cloudflare. Like most web infrastructure, Cloudflare may process technical information needed to route, deliver, monitor, and protect web requests. This may include:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address;
• request date and time;
• pages or files requested;
• referring page and standard HTTP request information;
• browser, device, operating-system, and language information; and
• routing, performance, error, and security information.

The information available to us depends on the Cloudflare services and settings in use. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles or follow visitors across unrelated websites.

Cookies and analytics

Gamur does not currently use website analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies, or similar tracking technologies on this site. We also do not offer user accounts or collect information through a web form. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required before the new practice begins.

How we use information

We use personal information only for purposes connected to operating the website and communicating about our business, including to:

• deliver the website and its requested content;
• maintain the website’s reliability, performance, and security;
• detect, prevent, and investigate technical problems, misuse, or security threats;
• respond to business, product, support, and privacy inquiries;
• evaluate a potential project or business relationship you ask us to consider;
• maintain appropriate business correspondence and records; and
• meet legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use information from this website for automated decision-making or behavioural advertising.

Consent and choices

When you choose to email us, you consent to our using the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and conduct relevant follow-up. Please do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information in an initial message.

You may withdraw your consent to optional continued communication by contacting us. Withdrawal will not affect handling that has already occurred and may be subject to information we must retain for legal, security, or legitimate business-record purposes.

Some technical processing is necessary to deliver a website you request and protect it from abuse. You can browse the public site without creating an account or submitting a form.

Service providers and disclosure

We use a limited number of service providers to operate this website and receive correspondence:

• Cloudflare is the intended website hosting, content-delivery, and security provider. Cloudflare processes website traffic and related technical data as part of providing those services. Read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Workspace provides our business email service and processes messages sent to [email protected]. Read Google’s Privacy Policy.

These providers may use their own subprocessors to deliver their services. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid request from an authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, systems, users, or the public.

If the company undergoes a proposed financing, reorganization, sale, or similar transaction, relevant information may be disclosed under appropriate confidentiality protections and only as permitted by law.

Processing outside Canada

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally. As a result, personal information may be processed or stored outside Canada, including in the United States or other jurisdictions where they or their subprocessors operate.

Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or national-security authorities in accordance with those laws.

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to an inquiry, managing a business relationship, maintaining appropriate records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations.

Email correspondence is reviewed and may be deleted when it is no longer needed for those purposes. Website request and security information is retained according to the Cloudflare services and settings in use. We do not intentionally export or retain identifiable website logs beyond what is reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, or legal obligations.

When information is no longer required, we delete it or render it non-identifying where reasonably practicable.

Safeguards

We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. These measures include limiting access to business communications, using reputable service providers, maintaining account-access controls, serving the website over HTTPS, and keeping the website’s software and configuration under controlled access.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we review our practices and respond to suspected incidents as appropriate.

Access, correction, and complaints

You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access to or correction of that information, subject to applicable legal limits. You may also ask how information has been used or disclosed, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a concern about our practices.

Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a materially different practice to information already collected.
